Having existing external awnings & internal verticals which were originally installed by the same organisation (Regency Knights Window Fashions) in excess of 20 years ago, and requiring an update I once again called ‘Regency Knights Window Fashions’ to assist.

My first objective was to move 4 existing awnings, located at the front of the house to the side & back windows of the property.

I required these 4 awnings, to be replaced & also replace all internal existing window verticals with modern window block-out blinds, which provided us the occupants a better view & security of the outside, yet prevented people looking in.
Having expressed our requirements, the process of the measure, quote & installation could not have been made any easier.

1. A specific date/time was provided to suit us, the clients for the initial measure/quote.
2. Scheduled date/time was precise, and not compromised.
3. The entire measure of all external awnings & internal blinds, including the relocations of existing awnings to new locations was noted.
4. After the measure process, and as requested a quote was provided on site.
5. The quote, combined with the professional attitude & courtesy was exceptional, both my wife & I accepted the quote provided immediately.
6. As agreed previously, a specific day was allocated for the existing external awnings to be relocated to side & back of the property. Not a single issue was encountered through entire process of awnings relocation.
7. All new external awnings & internal window blinds were carried out on another specified day, and the entire process once again went without a single issue.
8. The tradesperson/s that carried out the installation provided me a full brief before, and during the installation process. After completion, provide & demonstrated best use of new awning & blinds.

I can substantiate that the entire process from start to finish was carried out in an Extremely professional manner. We were treated with the old fashioned manner of courtesy & respect, not very often provided from many other organisations today.
