Excellent service, on time even during the busy season. Friendly, helpful staff who were really obliging. The blind I purchased does an amazing job in keeping a west-facing room cool and light even on the hottest days. However it would have been good if the salesman had suggested I get a sample of blind material to look through from inside the house to the outside, because I was disappointed when the blind was installed.I\’m afraid I hadn\’t realised the colour would show so strongly. I just didn\’t think to do that. I would have chosen another colour. I will certainly use Regency Knights again in the future.
