I sourced information and quotes from 3 different curtain/blind companies as I was doing window coverings for a house. We have just built my First contact with RK was with Kymatha who spent a considerable amount of time with me in store answering my many questions, making suggestions,(which I was open to) offering options & showing me through fabric samples. Jeff came to our house to measure up and he like kymatha, was professional and happy to answer additional question of the 3 quotes, RK were the middle quote, but I went them feeling they had been the most professional & efficient of 3 businesses. Whilst the window covering were being made kymatha kept in touch and let me know how my job was proceeding. Everything was done in the time frame originally stated. I now have the curtains of blinds in my house. They were fitted by Russell who again was professional, organized and worked in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the product. Everything looks excellent, works smoothly & has exceeded my expectations.
