Regency Knights installed a venetian style blind in our bathroom. Martin Smith measured and quoted for us and indicated the blind would be delivered around the end of January 2014. In fact, it arrived about a week after the order. We were very surprised and impressed with the prompt response considering it was ordered around two weeks before Christmas 2013. Martin was very courteous and helpful, particularly on the colour to suit our newly renovated bathroom. Previously we have had curtains installed in the lounge room and bedrooms and Martin was most helpful in the selection and colour of these. We found Martin very experienced and knowledgeable in this industry as well as being very efficient, helpeful and courteous at all times. The service was so good that we cannot suggest any improvements.
