I have used Regency Knights previously about 10 years ago, so just automatically returned because I had been pleased with the products, advice and service and felt the prices were reasonable.
I went to the Fyshwick store and was seen by Martin. I explained what I perceived to be my needs in the new townhouse recently purchased.
Martin was extremely helpful and showed me different new style options which I had not known about and understood exactly what my needs were. His knowledge and experience obviously vast.
We made the appointment for the in-home consultation and I also received a friendly reminder email prior to that date, which was very helpful.
Martin arrived very punctually and looked at the windows upstairs; downstairs. We discussed the issues with sun at various times of day etc.
Martin made some suggestions and how they might work and discussed the advantages of the various products. This was helpful and very informative. I felt he understood exactly what my needs were and he has sample with him.
Martin did the measurements whilst I looked at the samples and we discussed the different product prices.
I was pleased that I could make decisions with adequate knowledge of the various options. So with an excellent selection of designs and colours it was not difficult to make choices there and then.
Martin then settled to assemble the order with products chosen and was able to calculate the quote on the spot, which was really great for my budget planning.
He was also able to given an expected date of arrival of the products, and the date was spot on to my amazement and furthermore the installation was going to be possible before Xmas, which was particularly pleasing. He also included the measurement and quote for another window which I wanted to be done in the New Year – so I have peace of mind knowing I have already made the selection and just have to advise the company when I want it done.
The installation time was scheduled and again a remind email was helpful. The person who came was punctual, very efficient and polite. His workmanship was precise – also due to Martin\’s expertise with measuring which has some tricks of the trade that experience gives with the various products. So the installation proceeded without a hitch and was finished prior to the expected time allocated.
I did all payments via internet banking which worked very successfully.
I received after sales contact to check that all was satisfactory and I can say truly the whole process was made easy and with total lack of stress usually associated with such matters!
My friends have been very impressed with my window treatments and will hopefully become customers in the future.
